East Cooper Habitat for Humanity is currently accepting applications for an AmeriCorps Member for the 2014-2015 Program Year to serve as a Construction Crew Leader.

As an AmeriCorps member, the selected individual will learn teamwork, leadership, responsibility and other essential skills.

Most AmeriCorps members receive student loan deferment, training, a living allowance and health insurance during their service year.  After the year of service, members also receive an education award to help pay for college, graduate school, or vocational training or to repay student loans.
